You can

  • play, download and share the recordings
  • use them in lessons, school work, family videos and anything else you don't charge for
  • cut or edit them, as long as you say you changed them

You need to

  • credit the speaker and Ask Ama
  • link to the licence

You can't

  • use them in anything you sell or make mainly to earn money, unless you ask first
